How ATyuM Started
After 25 years in the car industry, I went to culinary school during COVID looking for a fresh start. A birthday party at a Fargo church changed everything. I baked a batch of Red Velvet cupcakes that turned out good—but "good" wasn't enough.
For the next year, I went on a full-blown cupcake mission. I developed over 50 unique recipes and distributed them to local volunteer groups, using their feedback to perfect every bite.
Inspiration hit again in Chicago, where I saw a cupcake machine in action and realized Fargo deserved the same fun, convenient experience. Today, I'm on a mission:
